• Last year Original Marksheet and 3 Xerox copies
• College Admission Form
• Undertaking Letter
• Gap Certificate (if applicable)
• If passed from another board, Migration Certificate required
• For 10th pass students – Marksheet copy (for First Year admission)
• If gap, submit Undertaking with Gap Certificate
• Three passport size photos
• Category Students – Caste Certificate
